Trini and Xisco are very excited to have jointly opened this restaurant after the retirement of Toni Sureda, who ran the old Ca’n Toni restaurant. They both worked there for many years and now they have decided to start the business on their own, following the tradition of product, quality and service that has always characterised them. They serve Mallorcan products made without colourings or preservatives.
